The movement is encouraging the citizens of the Territory of American Samoa as well as the Citizens O le Malo Tu To’atasi o Samoa to voice your opinions. To voice your opinions through any and/or all means regardless if you are afraid.
We are asking that If you want to guard your privacy out of fear of retaliation from both Governments. Allow us that chance to voice them for you. Send them to us via email at toese.movement@gmail.com .

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Objective:
Toese Movement: an organization open to all political, economic, cultural and the traditions of the citizens and people of both the Territory of American Samoa ma le Malo Tu To’atasi o Samoa.
Mission:
To define an establish the principles of peace, democracy, liberty and respect for basic human rights of the citizens and people of the Territory of American Samoa ma le Malo Tu To’atasi o Samoa.
To provide, facilitate and encourage active participation of the citizens and people of both the Territory of American Samoa ma le Malo Tu To’atasi o Samoa.
Toese Movement works towards at bringing together representatives within the Territory of American Samoa male Malo Tu To’atasi o Samoa, political parties, enterprises, citizens and individual lobbyists to end corruption within the Government of American Samoa and The Parliament of Samoa I le Malo Tu To’atasi o Samoa.
Main focus of attention centers influencing political, social and cultural arenas with the framework of Democracy.
Toese Movement operates as a research and informational group as well as a pressure group.
A massive forefront at assisting large segments of the public to participate in the dissemination of information and activities and affairs within the Government of American Samoa and The Parliament of Samoa.
